Our team is committed to serving the legal needs of the non-profit sector and is proud to share our expertise with tax-exempt organizations and individual philanthropists alike. At Keith & Associates, we take the time to understand the specific needs of our clients and provide tailored, practical solutions to the challenges they may face in the formation, development and compliance of their charitable organizations. Our team has formed over 100 organizations and helped them obtain federal tax-exempt statuses, the overwhelming majority of which we still serve. We currently assist organizations across 30 states in meeting their ongoing compliance and reporting duties.
