Fred is a licensed attorney in Ohio and Kentucky and also a certified public accountant in Kentucky. He provides sophisticated tax, business and estate planning services to individuals and closely held businesses. He concentrates his practice in the areas of tax, business law and transactions, healthcare and estate planning.

Fred has experience in the tax department of an international accounting firm and as a partner with a medium-sized law firm in Cincinnati. He uses his legal, tax and accounting experience to assist clients with a wide variety of business issues. He also has extensive experience dealing with business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.

In addition, Fred has a detailed knowledge of estate planning, probate and the inter-generational transfer of assets developed over many years of service to high net worth individuals.

Fred also assists physicians, physician groups and long-term care organizations with contracts, leases, financing and regulatory and compliance issues.

Additionally, Fred has over 25 years of experience dealing with the unique tax, business and estate planning issues impacting the professional athlete. He currently represents over 75 professional athletes.

Fred also assists clients with complex tax-deferred like-kind and reverse like-kind real estate exchanges, as well as real estate developers with structuring transactions to minimize the overall project tax burden.
