Joe Carroll

Joe joined Keith & Associates, PLLC in 2007. His practice focuses on business and business transactions, healthcare, taxation, estate planning and probate administration. Joe’s clients consist of high net worth individuals, professional athletes, closely held businesses and organizations in the long-term care industry.
Ann Miller

Ann started practicing law in 1984. She concentrates on providing a wide array of business, real estate, contract, lease and commercial transaction services for businesses, developers, lenders, business owners and individuals. She represents clients within a broad range of real estate, acquisition, leasing, sales, development and finance matters.

Leslie joined Keith & Associates, PLLC in 2019. After training in the U.S. Army, Kentucky National Guard, Leslie pursued her education in accounting. Her 10+ years of accounting and tax experience make her an excellent accounting department manager.
